Our client is a multimillion Global Product Development Centre providing software and solutions to the Real Estate industry set up in Singapore. This creates the opportunity for a founding UX/UI designer to lead and build their Product & Design team defining the future ecosystem of Autonomous Buildings and delivering innovative products to enterprise customers. They are looking for a passionate and talented Product Design Lead to craft and define the UX experience for their suite of solutions. You will work with top talents from Corporate Innovation, Engineering, and Customer Experience teams around the globe to drive innovative customer experience for their users.
The Role:
Be part of a founding team in of UX/UI designers and owning the strategy for product design and customer journey.
Translate Customer Experience outputs into UX/UI design specifications for all their products and platforms.
Produce high quality UX/UI design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, sitemaps and prototypes.
Test and drive consistency in UI elements such as search features, tabs, navigation menus, page layout and designs, target links and landing pages.
Collaborate with engineers to ensure feasibility of ideas, and with the brand team to ensure typography and graphic designs are aligned to brand guidelines.
The Candidate:
Strong portfolio of product design work in the B2B space with focus on UX/UI on web, iOS and Android
Well versed in design technology tools such as Sketch, InVision, Adobe XD, Figma and Zeplin
Possesses strong Digital Product Design and UX Design principles
Degree in Product Design, Interaction Design, HCI or Graphic Design is preferred
Strong understanding of HTML5/CSS3
Empathetic approach towards customer experience
