What you’ll be doing...
Visible is crafting the future of phone service, where we compete on creating a rich, simple, and desirable customer experience, and we’re looking for talented full-stack Product Designers who care about every part of the product development process, including strategy, user testing, experience, interface, and partnering with engineering to ship their work. You’ll, and play a key role in shaping the solutions that will be used by every Visible customer. As a Product Designer focusing on Visible’s member experience, you’ll be iterating and learning how to craft a simple, human experience for existing Visible customers, and working with the member experience design lead to sort out product flows, information architecture, UI details of all of the core functions and features of Visible service, Including party pay, device upgrades, bill pay, cancellation and more.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, Designers and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements that support user needs.
Incrementally build the user experience at various stages of the design process with requirements, wireframes, flow diagrams, mockups, low/high fidelity prototypes.
Integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing marketing and product experience updates.
Challenge team members to consider all possible user scenarios.
Use user-centric design methods to craft industry-leading user experiences.
Contribute to and grow the Visible design system.
Question everything… Take risks and champion new ideas.
What we’re looking for...
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor's degree or four or more years work experience.
Four or more years of relevantwork experience.
Three or more years of experience in product design (UX / UI), and experience working with cross-functional teams (development, marketing, product, ops, care, etc.).
Experience researching, planning and executing different types of design activities such as customer journey mapping, defining user flows, creating wireframes, UI interface mockups, and prototypes across multiple platforms (including web and mobile).
Experience with Figma, Jira, and Confluence.
Even better if you have:
Online portfolio highlighting projects and your direct contributions to work.
Excellent problem-solving skills and familiarity with technical constraints and limitations.
Strong negotiations skills.
Exceptional communication skills.
