Visible is crafting the future of phone service, where we compete on creating a rich, simple, and desirable customer experience, and we’re looking for talented full-stack Product Designers who care about every part of the product development process, including strategy, user testing, experience, interface, and partnering with engineering to ship their work. You’ll, and play a key role in shaping the solutions that will be used by every Visible customer.
As a Product Designer focusing on Visible’s member experience, you’ll be iterating and learning how to craft a simple, human experience for existing Visible customers, and working with the member experience design lead to sort out product flows, information architecture, UI details of all of the core functions and features of Visible service, Including party pay, device upgrades, bill pay, cancellation and more.
Partner with product managers to hypothesize, test, and measure customer growth and success of your projects.
Translate your hypothesis into concepts and requirements into user flows, wireframes, comps and prototypes.
Design for a wide range of devices and interfaces (web, app, chat, packaging, etc.)
Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to Visible customer experience.
Take a human approach to design and iteration.
Question everything… Take risks and champion new ideas.
What we’re looking for...
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Four or more years of relevant work experience.
Three or more years of experience in product design (UX / UI), and experience working with cross-functional teams (development, marketing, product, ops, care, etc.).
Experience with conducting user tests, in person, and on platforms like UserTesting.com.
Even better if you have:
A portfolio demonstrating deep attention to detail, and experience in simplifying complex problems into human interfaces.
Ability to pitch and communicate your design work, and drive conversations with stakeholders.
Figma and Webflow experience.
