The Filming Production Coordinator will manage incoming filming and photography requests received by the health system and coordinate production needs for on-site shoots at any Keck Medicine of USC location. This position will work in tandem with the corporate communications team to elevate and safeguard the Keck Medicine brand. The coordinator will assess and manage a variety of potential filming opportunities, which may include promotional, academic, commercial, vendor and development shoots. When appropriate, coordinator will supervise filming and photography on-site, ensuring patient privacy, safety and business continuity. While supervising, the coordinator will assess any requests on behalf of the photographers/videographers and make logistics decisions independently on-site.
