We are the Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport (CHA) Authority—one of the most successful airports of our size in the nation. We’re recognized for our innovation, sustainability, and leadership. In 2019, our third solar phase was completed to make us the first airport in the world to create as much power as we consume. In 2021, we received Newsweek's Future of Travel Award. Our FBO, Wilson Air, was voted the #1 Best FBO in the US by Professional Pilot’s PRASE Survey for the second year in a row in 2021. Finally, West Star Aviation was voted #1 Preferred Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) in the 2020 Professional Pilot Magazine’s Annual Preference Regarding Aviation Services and Equipment (PRASE) survey for the seventh consecutive year.
These successes are made possible because of the diverse talents of airport employees who champion the mission of providing an exceptional airport experience to customers. We’re looking for the best talent to join us and help reimagine what an airport can be.
