Job Summary: The Photographer for the Center for Design and Material Culture (CDMC) will work collaboratively with students and staff, particularly the Executive Director, Collection Manager, and Textile Specialist, to photograph objects within the Helen Louise Allen Textile Collection (HLATC) and on loan to the Center. This includes handling and preparing objects for photography, image editing, working with student photographers, and managing the Center's photography equipment. Designing and maintaining workflows and storage processes as well as managing photo session logistics is also a part of this role. Much of the photos taken will be for archival purposes as well as used for research, publication, and promotion of HLATC and the CDM
