The deputy curator is a key member of the Nieman Foundation staff, reporting to and working with the curator to increase the foundation's impact and excellence in a dramatically evolving media ecosystem. The deputy curator is responsible for leading the day-to-day management of a range of journalistic priorities at the Nieman Foundation, including training programs for Nieman Fellows, publishing, audience engagement, seminar programming, conferences, special events, prizes, communications, and the oversight of staff assigned to this work. The deputy curator serves as a key liaison between Nieman and our Harvard University partners, including faculty, administrators, and
