About the Role   The Huntington Library seeks a Curator of California and Hispanic Collections to serve as a creative and collaborative professional in stewarding, further developing, and interpreting its exceptional collection of manuscripts, rare books, photographs, and maps pertaining to the history of California since the 18th century and of the Spanish-speaking world globally from the 15th century to the present. The collections in these areas have been thoughtfully developed over the last century and remain a major focus of the institution.    The Curator of California and Hispanic Collections is part of the Library’s unified Curatorial Department staff.
