Senior Conference Program Curator
GENERAL SUMMARY In this role, you will be a major contributor in executing NIC conferences which are the premier conferences for the senior housing and care industry offering an extraordinary attendee experience. You will develop highly engaging conference themes, formats, and sessions for three annual conferences, working with C-Suite volunteers serving on Program Committees, by using your superb listening skills and ability to translate their ideas into conference session design and content. You will use your excellent written and verbal communication skills and outstanding interpersonal skills to execute the conference programs including speaker recruitment and preparation, development of session planning guides and logistics and requirements.
