Reporting to the Head of Special Collections and University Archives, the Curator of Music Special Collections will work collaboratively within and beyond the department to acquire, manage, and provide access to music special collections, including providing in-depth reference and research support and implementing projects to process, arrange, describe, and preserve music special collections. They will also contribute to departmental public services, planning, assessment, and engagement efforts, as well assist with grant/donor funded projects. The Curator also represents the ODU Libraries within the commonwealth, and at the regional and national level regarding issues related to special collections and archives.
