Princeton UniversityThe Princeton University Art Museum welcomes applications for an Assistant or Associate Curator of Asian Art, with a preference for specialization in the art of Japan. Reporting to the Nancy and Peter Lee Associate Curator of Asian Art, the Curator will help shape the care, display, interpretation, and growth of the Museum's distinguished collections of Asian art. As the Museum prepares for a dramatically reconceived new building designed by David Adjaye, scheduled to open in 2025, the Curator will contribute to collections galleries, exhibitions, research, and acquisitions. Princeton's renowned collection includes over 15,000 works from China, Japan, Korea, South Asia, Southeast and Central Asia, dating from the Neolithic period to the present.
